JONATHAN STIMLER - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Jonathan A. Stimler is a trial lawyer and member of the Firm’s litigation department. Jonathan joined the Firm in November of 2007, and his practice is dedicated to civil trial law with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, representing individuals, corporations, and government entities in both state and federal courts.

Jonathan was born and raised in Atlantic Beach, Florida (just outside Jacksonville, Florida). At the University of Florida (UF), he received both his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Spanish specialty as well his Master of Arts in International Business. While attending UF, he was an active leader in his fraternity, Sigma Chi. He also studied in Santiago, Chile, at the Executive MBA program of the Pontífica Universidad Católica de Chile, while interning for the Chilean Economic Development Body, CORFO. While studying law at Florida State University (FSU), he clerked at the State Attorney’s Office for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Leon County, and also practiced family law as a Certified Legal Intern at the Children’s Advocacy Center. Jonathan was also a member of the FSU Mock Trial Team, during which he was awarded first place as part of the national-champion advocate team of the 2005 Lone Star Classic Mock Trial Competition in San Antonio, Texas.

Jonathan is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
