DANIEL COULTOFF - LITIGATION PARTNER
DANIEL
H. COULTOFF concentrates his practice in civil trial law with a heavy
emphasis on complex commercial and construction disputes.
He has extensive experience representing clients with respect to
property taxes, land use, zoning and regulatory issues. In February
2005, Dan achieved final judgments reducing the property tax assessments
for Woerner Sebring Farms, Inc. and Woerner South, Inc. by approximately
50% for the tax years 2001-2004. In 2004, Dan represented Universal
City Development Partners in achieving final judgment of $1 million
for fraudulent lien. Dan also represented Universal City Property
Management III, LLC, in successfully challenging the Property Appraiser's
denial of agricultural classification resulting savings to the client
of over $1 million in property taxes. He has represented corporate
and municipal clients in a wide array of commercial, labor and employment,
and construction matters in state and federal court. Before entering
private practice, Dan served as an assistant state attorney in the
Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where he handled
more than thirty criminal jury trials.
